The train has been operating for over 65 years and made thousands of appearances throughout California. Highpoints include the Hollywood Santa Clause Lane Parade and the Huntington Beach 4th of July Parade. Ted Bowers, Sr, train legacy was enjoyed by his grandchildren, Christina, and Teddy, as they proudly hopped aboard with their classmates, celebrating a trip of a lifetime down Main Street in the Seal Beach Holiday Parade.
